The importance of my research and work lies in understanding how AI and emerging technologies will influence consumer decisions, preferences, and interactions. My research aims to assist companies and brands in improving marketing strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and building long-lasting, meaningful relationships with their target audience. Ultimately, this knowledge can lead to improved business performance, increased customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth in the age of AI-driven markets.

My career aspirations are to become a professor at an R1 institution. I am passionate about advancing knowledge through research and contributing to the academic community by mentoring and inspiring the next generation of scholars. For anyone considering graduate school, my advice is to talk to as many graduate students as you can and inquire about their experiences. Talking with current students will provide valuable insights into the challenges, opportunities, and overall journey of pursuing a graduate degree.
